This order was placed during the holiday season when I was away from my shop. Upon returning, I immediately communicated with Samantha and cancelled her order as requested along with a full refund. Anyone who looks though all of my previous reviews can see that this is an anomoly. Unfortunately the circumstances of this order were unfavorable, but I stand by my product and my service.
